Members of the directorate are people with full access to the Director Roles. They are appointed by the CEO and it helps if the members vote on who should fulfill this trustworthy place. Check out the Directors page to see what is expected from Directors and what Directors there can be. they have unrestricted access to resources. The CEO is fully responsible for the actions and communications from the Directorate. 
A director can also be an advisor and/or can be a Diplomat. They speak with the same power as the CEO. They can start a war or stop a war and they can talk about forging alliances.

Trusted members with an officer rank. They manage a part of the corporation and try to fullfill the plans of the Directorate. They have the power to block a director. They have a voice and speak in the name of Cryodyne.
Members are appointed by other members, but have limited access to corporate resources. A Board Officer can be a "Diplomat", but they cannot forge alliances. They can advise on tactics and keep communications going between corporations.
